Repair Warranty & Care Plans
All our repairs come with a 12-month warranty on all parts fitted. We also provide a monthly appliance care plan option to cover you for any future repairs or a replacement appliance.
New Appliances
If for any reason our engineers can’t repair your appliance due to parts being obsolete or it is beyond economical repair, we simply refund you minus a call out & diagnostics charge of £79 inc VAT. You also have the option to credit your refund against a new appliance from us, including installation and removal services.
